Replacing Fear with Courage

What’s something you’ve always wanted to do? What are you afraid of? Maybe it’s a career change or a move to somewhere far away. Jumping out of an airplane? Climbing a mountain? Running a marathon? Let’s be real, maybe it’s just reading a book from beginning to end without five years passing in between.

Whatever it is, finding the courage to do it can be hard. Courage is the ability to do something that frightens you. Fear is a pretty strong force, but it doesn’t have to control you or keep you from reaching your goals.

Believe in yourself.

Take a good hard look at yourself and see the good. This is not the time to listen to your inner critic but rather, find a positive voice and be louder. See your strength, your bravery, your worth, and believe in it. Look at yourself in the mirror and smile. Tell yourself that you got this. Because you totally do.
